Monterey County · The Peninsula · Salinas Valley

You focus on your community. We’ll handle the digital work.

124 Delta Technologies is the outsourced digital war room for municipal candidates across Monterey County — the Peninsula and the Salinas Valley alike. Website, donations, email, and social handled end to end, through Election Day on November 3, 2026 and the wrap-up that follows.

Filing closed August 7. If you just got on the ballot and have nothing online yet, start at $750, one-time — built, handed over, yours to run.

The Reality Of A Local Race

Local candidates rarely have professional campaign staff.

You are running for city council or mayor while holding down the job you already have. There is no communications director, no digital team, no one whose full-time role is making sure the website works on a phone and the donation form does not lose a contributor’s address.

So it lands on you and two or three loyal volunteers — usually at ten at night, after a day of work and an evening of doorknocking. That is the worst possible time to be troubleshooting a form or writing a post that a reporter might quote.

A compressed calendar

From filing to Election Day is a matter of months, and every week you are not visible is a week an opponent is.

Rules with real teeth

California disclosure requirements are not optional, and the paperwork does not wait for a convenient evening.

Volunteer bandwidth

Your best people should be at doors and on phones — not resizing graphics and fighting a website builder.

How The Engagement Works

A clear line between our desk and yours.

We are explicit about this on day one, because the campaigns that go badly are the ones where nobody was sure who owned what.

What we do

  • Build the mobile-responsive campaign website
  • Integrate a compliant donation gateway that captures required contributor information
  • Set up the branded email system and send the blasts
  • Establish and brand the social channels
  • Write the copy and produce the graphics
  • Map and run the publishing calendar through Election Day

What you and your inner circle do

  • Knock the doors and walk the precincts
  • Make the personal fundraising asks
  • Host the living room coffees
  • Sign the official paperwork at the City Clerk’s office
  • Show up and be the candidate — the part nobody can outsource

Local elections are won at the door. Nothing on this page changes that. What we remove is the second job that a modern campaign quietly hands to a candidate who already has one.

Packages & Pricing

Four tiers, priced to the size of the race.

Setup is one-time. The retainer runs four months — August, September, October, and November 2026. November is included on purpose: win or lose, there is a result to announce, thank-yous to send, and a public account to close out properly. Then it ends. No rollover, no open-ended contract after the votes are counted. Filing closed August 7, 2026, so a campaign starting now bills fewer months than one that started in August — and the Starter package below carries no retainer at all.

Filed Late — Just Get Me Set Up

$750 one-time

Not a retainer. Not a subscription.

  • One-page campaign site, mobile-ready
  • Social accounts created and branded to the campaign

Then you are on your own — on purpose. We build it, hand you the keys, and stop billing. No monthly fee, nothing recurring, no rollover. Every post, update and change from that point on is yours to make. This tier does not include video, written content, a donation gateway, managed posting, or ongoing support — those begin at Silver below. Right fit if you filed near the deadline, you are running a school board or small-city race, and you need to exist online before ballots go out in early October.

The Honest Version

What we do not do.

  • We are not attorneys and not your treasurer. We build compliant structures and track deadlines; legal responsibility for every filing stays with the candidate and the campaign treasurer.
  • We do not take two candidates for the same seat. One campaign per race, for the whole cycle.
  • We do not guarantee outcomes. Anyone who promises you an election result is selling something we are not.
  • We do not run the ground game for you at the Silver or Gold tier. Doors and phones are yours — field support begins at the Diamond tier.
  • We do not keep billing indefinitely. Retainers bill monthly through November 2026 and then stop.
  • At the $750 Starter tier we do not stick around. That price buys a setup, not a relationship — we build the site, set up and brand the social accounts, hand you the keys, and you run it from there. No video, no written content, no scheduled posts, no donation gateway, no ongoing support. If you want someone maintaining it through Election Day, you want Silver or above, and we would rather say that now than have you find out in October.
Straight Answers

What candidates ask us first.

Do you run the campaign, or do I?

You run the campaign. We run the digital side of it. The candidate and the inner circle own the ground game — knocking doors, walking precincts, making the personal fundraising asks, hosting living room coffees, and signing anything official at the City Clerk’s office. We handle the website, the donation gateway, the email system, the social channels, the graphics, and the publishing calendar, so those things are not competing for your evenings.

Are you a compliance or legal service?

No, and this one matters. We are not attorneys and we are not your treasurer. We build the digital structures correctly — a donation gateway that captures the contributor information California requires, organized records, and deadline tracking. Legal responsibility for every filing stays with the candidate and the campaign treasurer. Have your treasurer or an election attorney review anything before it is filed.

Why is the retainer four months?

Because the work does not stop when the polls close. August through November covers the run-up and the aftermath — win or lose, there is a result to announce, supporters and volunteers to thank, and a public presence to close out or hand forward properly. Ending on November 3 would leave your channels sitting there mid-sentence on the most-watched day of the whole cycle. We do not roll you onto an open-ended monthly contract after the votes are counted. If you win and want ongoing constituent communications, that is a conversation held after the election, not a clause buried in the campaign agreement.

What if I filed late in the cycle?

Filing closed August 7, 2026, so most people asking this filed at or near the deadline. On the retainer tiers the setup fee is fixed regardless of start date and the retainer bills monthly through November — so a later start costs less in total, but gives you fewer weeks of compounding, and an email list and a social following take time to build.

If you filed late and mainly need to exist online before ballots go out in early October, the $750 Starter Setup is built for exactly that — a one-page site plus branded social accounts, one-time, no retainer. We set it up, hand it over, and you post from there. It does not include video or written content; if you want those produced for you, that starts at Silver.

Do you work with more than one candidate in the same race?

No. One candidate per seat. Once we are engaged in a race we decline every other candidate for that same seat for the remainder of the cycle. Your messaging, your strategy documents, and your voter data stay with us and go nowhere else.

Let’s Win Together

Strategy. Story. Victory.

From kickoff to Election Day, we are the trusted partner behind the scenes, helping you run a smarter, stronger campaign. Tell us which seat you are running for and we will tell you honestly which tier fits.
