Your files are yours. Here is exactly how we handle them.
We sell data privacy, so it would be strange to be vague about our own. This page describes what we collect, who processes it, and what rights you have — in plain language, without the usual hedging.
Who this covers.
This policy applies to 124deltatech.com and to the consulting services provided by 124 Delta Technologies (“we,” “us”). It covers two different kinds of information, and the distinction matters:
- Website information — what we collect when you visit this site or submit the contact form.
- Client workspace data — the documents and records inside a Claude workspace we build for you. This is governed by your engagement agreement and the terms below, and it is handled far more restrictively.
The website collects four fields. That is the entire list.
When you complete the consultation form, you provide:
- Full name
- Business email address
- Business location (city and state)
- Industry and primary bottleneck — selected from preset options
We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to prepare for an initial conversation. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Collected automatically
Our hosting provider maintains standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of access. These are generated by the web server for security and diagnostics — not by us for tracking.
No analytics. No ad trackers. No cookies from us.
- We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tracker on this site.
- We do not set tracking cookies through this site’s own code.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.
- We have never sold or shared personal information for those purposes, including in the preceding twelve months.
WordPress itself may set functional cookies if you log in to the site or leave a comment. These are not used for tracking or advertising.
Every outside service this site touches.
We would rather list these than let you discover them in a network tab.

Each of these operates under its own privacy policy. We do not authorise any of them to use your information for their own marketing.
Your documents stay inside your workspace.
This is the part that matters most to the law offices, accounting practices, and family operations we work with, so we will be precise rather than reassuring.
Where your files live
Documents you load into a Claude workspace we configure reside in your organisation’s own workspace, under your administrative control. We do not copy client files to our own systems for storage.
Training
Anthropic’s commercial terms for Claude Team and Enterprise provide that customer content is not used to train their models. That commitment is contractual and comes from Anthropic — we are stating their terms, not substituting our own guarantee for them. We will point you to the current terms in writing during any engagement.
Our access
During an engagement we may be granted access to your workspace to configure and test it. That access is limited to what the work requires, granted by you, and revocable by you at any time. We do not retain copies of your documents after an engagement ends.
Human sign-off
Nothing consequential is finalised by an automated system without a person on your team approving it. Our systems prepare work; your staff keep the final word.
If your practice is subject to attorney-client privilege, HIPAA, or comparable obligations, tell us before any files are loaded. Those engagements need specific handling terms, and we would rather set them up front than retrofit them.
How long we keep things.
- Contact form submissions — retained while we are in active conversation, and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Client engagement records — retained as required for contractual, tax, and professional obligations.
- Server logs — retained per our hosting provider’s standard retention period.
- Client documents — not retained by us; they remain in your workspace.
Your rights under the CCPA and CPRA.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, and the purposes for collecting it.
- Access a copy of that information in a portable form.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information we hold, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information — though we do not collect any.
- Opt out of sale or sharing — though, as stated above, we do neither.
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, change pricing, or reduce quality because you exercised a privacy right.
To exercise any of these, email hq@124deltatech.com or call (831) 304-7255. We will verify your identity by replying to the email address on record, or by confirming details of a prior engagement, before acting. We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need the permitted extension.
You may designate an authorised agent to make a request for you. We will ask for written proof of that authorisation.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We use access controls and reputable vendors for the systems that touch your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but we will tell you promptly if something material happens to information we hold about you.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes affecting how we handle client data will be communicated directly to active clients rather than posted quietly.
